We do not cancel order and refund after the payment has made.

Please take note, if you failed to receive the parcel at the delivery time, kindly follow up at your nearby courier service office to collect your parcel at the particular date before it return back to us.

If your parcel get returned to us after no more re-delivery to your address, we do not take the responsibility on the shipping cost.
